The 600LB davit or yacht crane is a pin boom system. You can raise the boom manually with the touch of a finger. Then pin the stainless steel cylinder to different pin locations to hold the boom in the upright position. The cylinder has a gas spring to assist effortlessly in raising and lowering the boom. The 600LB davit system has a stainless steel nose that can be extended for maximum reach with no side protusions. Standard length of the 600LB davit is seven feet with the stainless nose retracted.
